You will be key part of the core team, working in collaboration with different areas of the business and project stakeholders to help them fulfil their sales goals and resourcing needs. We are a ‘remote first’ organisation with staff in various parts of the country. We have no traditional offices currently, instead we utilise the latest in collaborative software to ensure that we maintain contact and communication regardless of our location.
This role is primarily REMOTE based, with some requirement for occasional visits to client locations or Networkology events in and around the Wilshire area.
This role is multi-faceted; you will have control over shaping our talent acquisition processes, tools and approaches. You will also be responsible for sourcing and placing talent, either to help grow our employee base or to expand our contractor workforce as needed. You would actively source and engage talent via referrals, sourcing new leads, utilising technology, engaging with external recruiting partners, attending events, and more.
You would own our internal recruitment lifecycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates. The important thing is you are able to provide an exemplary candidate experience from the first engagement through to offer and onboarding.
The other important part of this role revolves around sales & business development. We don’t mean in the pushy, call-centre, cold-calling sense, but a more targeted approach, working with other members of the company on client identification, engagement, proposal development, bid completion, and other activities designed to help drive demand for our services and products.
In addition to your base salary you will have the ability to earn uncapped commission based on your ability to generate new business!
